  Dorothy Housmans "Jean" Walker

Dorothy "Jean" Housmans Walker, 92, of Huntsville, passed away Sunday.

Mrs. Walker was a lifetime member of First Baptist Church. Jean's life 
revolved around her family and church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Dean Walker Sr.; sons, 
Joseph Dean Walker Jr. and Jeffery Eugene Walker; brother, Charles 
Housmans; sister, Mary Elizabeth Cruikshank; and her parents, Blanche 
and Alfred Housmans.

Survivors include her sister, Ann Wagoner of Valdosta, GA; grandsons, 
Michael Walker (Katherine) of Birmingham, Stephen Walker (Courtney) of 
Huntsville; and three great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 23 at

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of 
Huntsville, or Encompass Health Hospice.

Jean worked at the Huntsville Division from 4/4/1956 until 1/31/1992. 
She worked in Accounting and had TC #1194. RIP. Jean!!!Sorry not to 
recognize this listing as "Our Jean Walker" (maybe guilty of wishful 
thinking) but Sharon Livingston did and represented us at the graveside
