  Sue Terry Obituary

Norma Suzanne Modisette Terry (Sue Terry) passed away quietly March 31, 
2025 in Huntsville, Alabama. Suzy was the teen "Snow Queen" in Detroit 
Lakes, Minnesota where she grew up and she attended the University of 
North Dakota, Grand Forks.

Sue was preceded in death by her husband, native Huntsvillian Walter 
Stanfield Terry; her father Charles; her mother Eleanor; her brother, 
Charles; and sister Virginia. Her lovely sister Sharon Smith lives in 
Hopkinsville, Ky.

Sue and Walter have six children, 11 grandchildren and 21 great 
grandchildren. Linda Terry Hickam, (Homer), Jeff Terry, Chris Terry 
(Joni), Clay Terry (Ginny), Lee Terry (Alison) and Elaine Terry Hewatt 
(Randy).

Much appreciation to her caretaker company Shared Care for their years 
of loving attention, especially Geoff, Patrick, our sister Bertha, and 
Aveanna Hospice at the end.
A memorial Celebration of Life will be held in late spring on their 
beloved Monte Sano Mountain. In lieu of flowers, you may donate to a 
charity of your choice
