[List] Addresses for recent Obituary Notices

I've had a number of requests for addresses to which condolences can be
sent for notices recently sent out by Cecil Stokes, as noted below.  Each
spouse has been contacted to see if it was alright to submit their
addresses out to our HDAA membership.  All agreed.

I hope you'll join me in extending our most heartfelt sympathy to each of
them.  They were each exceptional people, and will be dearly missed.
