[List] Early Info re Christmas Party Meeting

Since time is close at hand for our annual Christmas party, and folks need
planning time, here's an early release of specifics for the annual
Christmas Party meeting, and the engineering luncheon.

Cecil is unable to send it out at this time.  Please reply as required to
each  event, if you plan to attend.  We certainly would like to see you!

Our annual, festive Christmas Party meeting is to be held on Saturday,
December 6, 2025, in the Act III Lounge, lower level of Magnolia Trace, 1
Clubhouse Avenue, Huntsville.  Plan to arrive at ~11:00 a.m., with lunch
being served ~12:00 Noon.  The delicious plated meal (no buffet) will
consist of: salad/dressing, chicken and assorted sides, a scrumptious
chef-selected dessert, and selected beverages.     (Precise details not
available at press time.  Am certain it will be another great meal by MT!
They’re always delicious…)

Your committee, Ron Clements/Jan Kranert have kept the cost to $20 per
person, thanks to Great negotiating skills.   Thanks to you both for a job
well done!

Paid reservations should be Received by Friday, 28 November so proper
planning/preparation can be done.  Mail checks to HDAA, P.O. Box 267;
Trinity, AL;  35673-0003.  Email Mark Locker at marklocker75 at yahoo.com
to confirm
reservations for a more swift response for food prep. (*We are not certain
our short-staffed **USPS** can get the mail out as quickly as when they
were fully staffed*.)

Entertainment will be provided by Mackie Bethay, pianist, and a
sing-along.  Renowned for her talented performances!

ENGINEERING  LUNCHEON!

The engineering luncheon is Tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, December
10, 11:00 a.m. at Logan’s on Balmoral Drive in Huntsville.

If you plan on coming, please RSVP to Jim Gasaway by Text/256-566-9522, or
email to djgas at att.net by Friday, December 5 so Logan’s has ample time to
prepare for the luncheon.
