Hammond of Geneva, Alabama Passed away Monday August 22,
2016. She was 82.</div>

<div dir="auto" style="text-align: start;">Funeral services
will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 27, 2016, in Chapel of
Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with the Rev.
Bradley Chamblee officiating. Burial will follow in the
Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Geneva with Warren
Holloway Ward Funeral Home directing. The family will
receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 2:00 p.m.
and continue until service time.</div>

<div dir="auto" style="text-align: start;">Mrs. Sue was born
September 19, 1933 in Geneva County Alabama to the late Neal
and Della Howell Motley. Her <b>husband Carl Max Hammond
Sr. [Huntsville Division alumnus]</b>, son Carl Max
Hammond Jr. [<b>victim of 9/11/01 crash</b> of United flight
175 into World Trade Center] , brother James Neal Motley and
sister- in-law Carol Hammond also preceded her in death. She
was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother
especially to her grandson K.C. She and her husband lived
and traveled to various parts of the U.S. including Chicago,
Pennsylvania, Utah and Huntsville, Al. She was a member of
the Westside United Methodist Church.</div>

brother-in-law, Glenn Hammond of Geneva, AL., sister-in-
law, Peggy Peel (Pittman) of Piedmont, AL., special nieces,
nephews, her special friends and church family.</div>
