<p><font size="4"><b>Faye Cooley</b>, 90, of Huntsville entered
heaven on November 24, 2021. She was born in Talladega
County in Alabama. She attended business school in
Montgomery. Faye married her high school sweetheart, Bill
Cooley, and moved to Auburn while he completed a degree in
engineering. While at Auburn, she worked for Dean Foy at
Samford Hall. <br>
</font> <font size="4"><br>
Faye and Bill moved to Huntsville in 1962 where Bill worked
for <b>Thiokol</b> as a rocket engineer [1957-1989]*. She
loved to read, cook, watch Auburn football and spend time
with her family. Her seven grandchildren were the loves of
her life. She was a member of Whitesburg Baptist Church for
59 years. <br>

Faye is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Bill
Cooley. She is survived by her three children; Bill Cooley,
Barbara Holbrook (Mike), Scott Cooley (Susan), seven
grandchildren; Jake Cooley, Abby Cooley, Grant Holbrook,
Paige Page (Eric), Amy Braun (Zach), Emily Cooley, Anna
Cooley, and three great grandchildren; Emmett Page, Carter
Page, and Brooks Braun. <br>

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 28,
2021 at 2:30 p.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery <br>
in Talladega, Alabama. <br>

The family wishes to thank Comfort Care Hospice for their
love and support and extends a special thank you to
caregivers, Dorothy, Jennifer, and Deborah. Faye’s passing
leaves a void in our lives here on earth but she is reunited
with Bill whom she has missed for ten years and she is
rejoicing. <br>

Records confirm Stokes memory of Bill's years with
Thiokol as'57-'89 (8/21/57 to 7/31/89). Bill commuted
to Huntsville (from Arab I think) until they built
their house in Huntsville in about 1962, which is what
younger folks speak of.</span></span></font> </div>
